Controller
REDHARE (Hebei) Sports Co., Ltd. is responsible for operating REDHARE AI Studio and processing data described in this policy.
Data collected
We process your email or mobile identifier, login records, uploaded artwork, selected product, generation task and result.
Purpose
Data is used to authenticate accounts, operate generation tasks, prevent abuse, provide history and support service operations.
AI processing
The selected product image, uploaded artwork and configured prompt are sent to our AI generation service to create the requested result. Do not upload sensitive personal information or content you are not authorized to use.
Storage and security
Account data, uploads and generated results are protected by encrypted transport and account access controls. They are retained while needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, account deletion or stored-content deletion through REDHARE support. Deletion may be delayed where retention is legally required.
Minors
Minors should use the service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
